The Project studies policies that promote or impede the plural delivery of K12 education, to promote a better understanding of the benefits educational pluralism and parental choice, and to defend the rights of parents to choose where and how their children are educated.

The Education Law Project is directed by Professor Nicole Stelle Garnett, a leading scholar on education law and policy, and especially parental choice in education. The Project’s mission is also advanced by a number of distinguished faculty fellows as well as law student fellows who are engaged in the project’s research and advocacy efforts.
